Cheeseburger with Lion Burger Sauce
- Serves: 2
- 4tbs Lion Burger Sauce
- 2tbs Original Whirl Buter Alternative
- 2 x 8oz Beef Burgers (or burger of choice)
- 2 Brioche Rolls (or make it gluten free)
- 2 Slices of Burger Cheese1 Beef Tomato, sliced
- 2 Slices of Gherkin Sliced Lengthways
Heat a griddle pan with some Original Whirl Butter Alternative over medium to high fry the burgers on each side for about 4 minutes until cooked.
Griddle the brioche rolls alongside the burger for a few minutes to colour and toast slightly.
Place the cheese on the burger for the last minute of cooking to melt slightly
Take the toasted brioche roll and spread the Lion Burger Sauce on the bottom of each one
Top with the lettuce and tomato add the burger and then the gherkin before adding the top of the brioche roll.
