  • 500g Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce with Vegetables
  • 400g GF battered chicken bites
  • 200g pouch of rice cooked as per instructions

Method

  1. Cook the chicken bites as per the pack instructions

  2. Heat the Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce with Vegetables over medium heat and simmer for a few minutes

  3. When the chicken bites are cooked put them in the simmering sauce and coat well, serve immediately with your rice of choice
