Bakes Balti Stuffed Potato

- 400g Lion Balti Cooking Sauce
- 4 Large potatoes
- 1 tin of lentils
- Handful of spinach
- Fresh chopped coriander
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and bake the potatoes until soft and crisp
Warm the Lion Balti Cooking Sauce and lentils in a large pan
When the potatoes are cooked slice in half scoop out the centre adding to the Lion Balti Cooking Sauce mix
Now mix in the spinach then stuff the potato skins with the mix pop back into the oven for 3-4 minutes to warm through
Great served with mint coconut yoghurt
