Mango & Lime Piri Piri Chicken Empanadas

- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 2 spring onions
- 375g ready rolled puff pastry
- 50g Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce
Dice cooked chicken and mix in sliced spring onions and Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce.
Lay out pastry sheet on a floured surface.
Using a 10cm round cutter, cut out 10 discs.
Place a spoon of chicken mix in the centre, then fold over into a half moon shape.
With a fork, press the edges to seal.
Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 15min at 180°C.
Serve with a pot of Lion Mango & Lime Piri Piri Sauce to dip, with lime wedges on the side.
