Ingredients
- 4-6tbs Lion Pirinaise
- 2 Grated carrots
- 1 Apple peeled, cored and grated
- 1 Large red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Red cabbage finely sliced
- 1 Lemon juice and zest
- Toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds for garnish
Products Used:
Method
Put the onion, apple, carrot and cabbage all in a bowl add the lemon zest and juice mix well then add the Lion Pirinaise Sauce a little at a time till you have the desired consistency.
Serve in a bowl with a garnish of the toasted seeds.
