Lion American Style Smokey BBQ Sauce

Sweet and Spicy American Style Smokey BBQ Wings Lion American Style Smokey
  • 20 steam cooked chicken wings
  • 5tbs of American Style Smokey BBQ Sauce plus extra for dipping
  • 1 chopped chilli deseeded
  • 2tbs chopped spring onion to garnish
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Brush all sides of the wings with the Lion American Style Smokey BBQ Sauce and place on the prepared baking tray.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes until crisp - if they start to darken too much turn the heat down a little.

  4. Top with the chopped chilli and spring onion and serve.
