Creamy Mustard Potato Gratin

- 4tsp Lion Coarsegrain Mustard
- 2tbs Whirl Butter Alternative
- 1kg potatoes peeled and thinly sliced part-boiled
- 2 onions diced
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 125g cheddar cheese
- 125g gruyere cheese
- 200ml Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Brush the sides of a casserole dish and a large sheet of foil with some of the Whirl Butter Alternative.
Mix the Lion Coarsegrain Mustard and the Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative together.
Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of the dish brush with some of the Whirl Butter Alternative.
Scatter some of the onions, garlic and both cheeses, then season with some salt and black pepper. Pour a quarter of the cream mix over the top.
Repeat the layering until all of the ingredients have been used up, finishing with the cheese on top.
Cover the dish with the foil and bake in the oven for 70-80 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. If needed pop under a grill to brown the cheese topping.
