Salmon Poke Bowl with Lion Honeyracha

- 4tbs Lion Honeyracha Sauce plus extra to serve
- 2 Salmon fillets cut into chunks1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Papaya chopped
- 4 Radishes sliced
- 2tbs Pickled red onion
- 10 Thin slices of cucumber
- 4tbs Edamame beans
- 200g Mixed grains and rice
Coat the salmon chunks in the Lion Honeyracha Sauce and marinade for a couple of hours before placing under a hot grill.
Grill for about 6-8 minutes turning the chunks of salmon to cook each side.
Cook the mixed rice and grains as per the instructions place a small amount in a serving bowl.
Place a small pot of Lion Honeyracha Sauce in the bowl
Arrange the remaining ingredients in the bowl side by side alternating the colours.
Finish with the grilled Lion Honeyracha salmon chunks.
