Lion Honeyracha Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4tbs Lion Honeyracha Sauce plus extra to serve
  • 2 Salmon fillets cut into chunks1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Papaya chopped
  • 4 Radishes sliced
  • 2tbs Pickled red onion
  • 10 Thin slices of cucumber
  • 4tbs Edamame beans
  • 200g Mixed grains and rice
Products Used:
Method
  1. Coat the salmon chunks in the Lion Honeyracha Sauce and marinade for a couple of hours before placing under a hot grill.

  2. Grill for about 6-8 minutes turning the chunks of salmon to cook each side.

  3. Cook the mixed rice and grains as per the instructions place a small amount in a serving bowl.

  4. Place a small pot of Lion Honeyracha Sauce in the bowl

  5. Arrange the remaining ingredients in the bowl side by side alternating the colours.

  6. Finish with the grilled Lion Honeyracha salmon chunks.
