Korean BBQ Tuna Wraps

- 4tbs Lion Korean BBQ Sauce plus extra to serve
- 2-4 tuna steaks depending on size about 400g in total
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 250g cooked wholegrain and quinoa riceas per pack
- 1/2 a cucumber sliced into strips
- 6 spring onions cut into 3cm lengths
- 150g pickled red cabbage
- 4tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 1 red chilli sliced
Place the tuna steaks on some foil and coat each side with the 4tbs Lion Korean BBQ Sauce.
Heat the grill and place the tuna under the grill for about 4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
Once cooked sprinkle the sesame seeds on both sides of the tuna and cut into strips.
Arrange all the ingredients on a platter including the tuna and serve with a pot of Lion Korean BBQ Sauce on the side.
