Vegan Mint Raita

- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- 2-3tbs Lion Mint Sauce
- 2-3tsp Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative
- 300g unsweetened coconut yoghurt
- 1/2tsp ground cumin
- 2tbs finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 small green chilli seeded and finely chopped
- 50g finely chopped cucumber
- Sea salt to taste
Excluding the Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative, place all the ingredients together with Lion Mint Sauce into a mixing bowl and stir well.
Add a little Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative bit by bit to give the desired consistency.
Serve with Air Fryer Onion Bhaji from the Lion recipe range.
