Fried Teriyaki BBQ Tofu Wrap

- 200g Tofu
- 50g Lion Japanese Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
- 50g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 25g Lion Premium Vegan Mayo
- 1 Plain flour wrap
- 50g Mixed vegetable slaw (carrot, cabbage and pepper)
- 20g Iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
Dice the tofu and mix with the Lion Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
Marinate overnight in the fridge
Heat the deep fat fryer to 175C
Roll each cube of tofu in the breadcrumbs and put to one side
When the fryer has heated up fry the marinated tofu in small batches until golden
Remove and drain on kitchen paper
Assemble the wrap with the Lion Premium Vegan Mayo first, then lettuce, slaw mix and lettuce
Place the fried tofu pieces on top and fold the wrap into a burrito style fold
Heat a griddle pan and oil the outside of the wrap lightly with toasted sesame oil
Grill to char and heat through
Serve immediately
