Halloumi Cous Cous Salad

- Halloumi
- Mixed salad leaves
- Chopped Cucumber
- Shredded Beetroot
- Vegetabe Couscous
- Lion Yoghurt & Mint Dressing
- Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce
Chop Halloumi into batons and fry until crisp.
Prepare a bed of vegetable couscous, shred the beetroot and prepare the salad using mixed leaves and cubed cucumber.
Arrange in a meze style and dress with Lion Middle Eastern Hot Sauce and Lion Yoghurt & Mint Dressing. Garnish with chopped chilli and spring onion as required.
