Meat Feast Flatbread

- 200g Lion Bolognese Cooking Sauce
- 2 flatbreads
- 100g sliced roast chicken
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- 6 cooked meatballs sliced in half
- 2 fresh mozzarella balls
- 7 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4
Spread Lion Bolognese Cooking Sauce over the flatbreads and top with torn mozzarella, the meats and cherry tomato halves
Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes till the flatbread is crisp and the cheese has melted
Remove from the oven garnish with some fresh basil leaves and serve
