Bolognese Flatbread 7
Ingredients
  • 200g Lion Bolognese Cooking Sauce
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 100g sliced roast chicken
  • 12 slices of pepperoni
  • 6 cooked meatballs sliced in half
  • 2 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 7 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Method
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4

  2. Spread Lion Bolognese Cooking Sauce over the flatbreads and top with torn mozzarella, the meats and cherry tomato halves

  3. Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes till the flatbread is crisp and the cheese has melted

  4. Remove from the oven garnish with some fresh basil leaves and serve
