Garlic & Herb Roast Cherry Vine Tomatoes

- 4tbs Lion Garlic and Herb Dressing
- 4tbs vegan Whirl butter alternative melted
- 1kg cherry vine tomatoes
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Place the cherry vine tomatoes in a baking dish.
Combine the melted Whirl butter alternative and the Lion Garlic and Herb Dressing and pour over the vine tomatoes, making sure they are all coated in the mixture.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes or until the skins are starting to brown and crack open. Remove from the oven, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and serve.
