Baked Camembert & Mango Chutney Yorkshire Pudding

- 12tsp Lion Mango Chutney
- 12 frozen readymade Yorkshire puddings
- 1 camembert cut into 12 slices
- Lion Yoghurt & Mint Dressing
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Place the Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray and place one piece of camembert in each pudding. Bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese has melted and the puddings are crisp.
Remove from the oven and top with a generous teaspoon of Lion Mango Chutney. Serve with some Lion Yoghurt & Mint Dressing.
