Lion Sauces Spicy Roast Tropical Crumble

- 4tbs Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 50g Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative plus extra to grease the tin
- 1 fresh pineapple peeled and chopped or tin of pineapple chunks
- 1 mango peeled and sliced
- 1 papaya peeled deseeded and sliced
- 25g GF flour
- 25g GF porridge oats
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 50g brown sugar
- 200g Coconut yoghurt
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease a baking dish with Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative.
Mix together Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative, GF flour, oats, sugar and coconut to form a crumble.
Place all the fruits and the Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce in a bowl, mix well to coat the fruit. Turn out into the baking tin.
Place a spoonful of crumble and coconut yoghurt both randomly over the fruit. Bake for about 15 minutes until the oats turn golden brown.
