Ingredients
  • 4tbs Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 50g Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative plus extra to grease the tin
  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled and chopped or tin of pineapple chunks
  • 1 mango peeled and sliced
  • 1 papaya peeled deseeded and sliced
  • 25g GF flour
  • 25g GF porridge oats
  • 25g desiccated coconut
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 200g Coconut yoghurt
Method
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease a baking dish with Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative.

  2. Mix together Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative, GF flour, oats, sugar and coconut to form a crumble.

  3. Place all the fruits and the Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce in a bowl, mix well to coat the fruit. Turn out into the baking tin.

  4. Place a spoonful of crumble and coconut yoghurt both randomly over the fruit. Bake for about 15 minutes until the oats turn golden brown.
