Ingredients
  • 100g Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce
  • 2 tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 100g crispy pancetta
  • 200g taleggio cheese
  • 20g rocket

Lion Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce
Method

  1. Brush one side of the sourdough bread slices with Original Whirl Butter Alternative

  2. Spread Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce on the other side of the sourdough

  3. Now put the rocket on 2 of the slices, top with the pancetta and slices of taleggio cheese then cover with the remaining sourdough making sure the Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce is on the inside

  4. Grill for 3-5 minutes till brown and the cheese has melted remove slice in half and serve
