Tikka Masala Paneer 7
Ingredients
  • 400g Lion Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
  • 200g diced paneer
  • Chopped coriander to garnish
Method
  1. Soak the diced paneer in a bowl of hot water this will keep the paneer soft

  2. Heat the Lion Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat

  3. Once it is simmering, add the drained paneer to the sauce stir to coat and warm through. Turn the heat off after a minute and pop the lid on for another minute

  4. Serve with some chopped coriander pilau rice and chapatti
