Paneer Tikka

- 400g Lion Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
- 200g diced paneer
- Chopped coriander to garnish
Soak the diced paneer in a bowl of hot water this will keep the paneer soft
Heat the Lion Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat
Once it is simmering, add the drained paneer to the sauce stir to coat and warm through. Turn the heat off after a minute and pop the lid on for another minute
Serve with some chopped coriander pilau rice and chapatti
