Ingredients
- 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup/175ml Lion Premium Vegan Mayo
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar or sweetener
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1⁄2 a Red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1⁄2 a White cabbage, finely shredded
- 3-4 Carrots, peeled and shredded
- Salt (optional)

Method
Mix the first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make the dressing. Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrot and toss to coat. Add additional salt to taste.
