Ingredients
  • 2tbs Lion Pirinaise
  • 200g cooked prawns
  • 2 sliced avocados
  • 2 handful of watercress, spinach and rocket mix
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 pinches of paprika
Method
  1. Divide the salad leaves between 2 bowls.

  2. Arrange the sliced avocado and tomatoes on top.

  3. Scatter with the prawns and a tablespoon of Lion Pirinaise

  4. Dust the top with a pinch of paprika.
