Ingredients
- 2tbs Lion Pirinaise
- 200g cooked prawns
- 2 sliced avocados
- 2 handful of watercress, spinach and rocket mix
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 pinches of paprika
Method
Divide the salad leaves between 2 bowls.
Arrange the sliced avocado and tomatoes on top.
Scatter with the prawns and a tablespoon of Lion Pirinaise
Dust the top with a pinch of paprika.
