- 400g Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce with Vegetables
- 2 battered cod fillets
- 200g pouch rice cooked as per instructions
- Garnish with some fresh chopped parsley
Cook the cod as per the pack instructions
Heat the Lion Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce with Vegetables over medium heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Slice the crispy cod into strips and place them on a bed of rice and spoon over the top garnish with parsley
