Beef Chilli Con Carne

- 500g Lion Chilli Con Carne Cooking Sauce
- 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 400g Minced Beef
- 1 tin red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 200g sachet long grain microwave rice cooked as per instructions
- Coriander to garnish
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the Original Whirl Butter Alternative over medium heat and fry the minced beef for 4 to 6 minutes until browned. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Add the Lion Chilli Con Carne Sauce and the kidney beans, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with long grain rice and garnish with some coriander or chopped chilis.
