- 8tbs Lion Caribbean Style BBQ Sauce
- 2 flatbread wraps
- 200g cooked shawarma meat
- 4tbs chopped iceberg lettuce
- 4tbs chopped red and white cabbage
- 2tbs finely sliced white onion
- 4tbs chopped tomatoes
- 4tbs chopped pineapple
Put the shawarma meat in a bowl and coat with 4tbs of Lion Caribbean Style BBQ Sauce cook in the Air-fryer for about 6-8 minutes depending on Air-fryer.
Place the flat bread on a large piece of foil spread 2tbs of Lion Caribbean Style BBQ Sauce over the top then add the cabbage, tomatoes, onion, lettuce and pineapples.
Finish with the hot shawarma meat roll it up to create a sausage twisting both ends of the foil and serve.
