- 3tbs Lion Hot Piri Piri Sauce
- 1 pack vegan style halloumi (or regular halloumi if desired)
Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C for 2 minutes.
Cut the vegan halloumi into chunky chips
Brush them with Lion Hot Piri Piri Sauce and place into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6 minutes on one side then turn and fry for a further 4 to 6 minutes until crisp and golden.
