Chicken & Ham Mustard Filo Pastry Pie

- 2tsp Whirl Butter Alternative + extra for brushing the pastry
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 400g chicken breast chunks
- 200g ham cut into chunks
- 200g mushrooms sliced
- 2 leeks halved and sliced
- 2-3tsp Lion English Mustard
- 200ml single cream
- 100ml white cooking wine
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of filo pastry
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Brush 4 pie dishes with a little Whirl Butter Alternative.
Heat the remaining Whirl Butter Alternative in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add the sliced mushrooms and sliced leeks and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add the chicken chunks and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the ham, wine, cream and Lion English Mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Divide between the pie dishes. Brush the filo pastry with some Whirl Butter Alternative and place on top of the pie dishes. Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes till golden and crisp.
