Lion Hickory BBQ Sauce

Hickory BBQ Ribs
  • 1 rack of pre-cooked baby pork ribs (pressure cooked for 25 minutes)
  • 6tbs Lion Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • Chopped spring onions and red chilli to garnish
Products Used:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Brush the ribs with the Lion Hickory BBQ Sauce and place on the prepared tray bake for 25-30 minutes. If it becomes dry-looking simply brush some more sauce over the top.

  3. It is ready when turning dark and crisp.

  4. Garnish with some chopped chilli and spring onion.
