Hickory BBQ Ribs

- Cooking Time: 30 mins
- 1 rack of pre-cooked baby pork ribs (pressure cooked for 25 minutes)
- 6tbs Lion Hickory BBQ Sauce
- Chopped spring onions and red chilli to garnish
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Brush the ribs with the Lion Hickory BBQ Sauce and place on the prepared tray bake for 25-30 minutes. If it becomes dry-looking simply brush some more sauce over the top.
It is ready when turning dark and crisp.
Garnish with some chopped chilli and spring onion.
