Three Bean Sticky BBQ Chilli Burger

- 4tbs Lion Sticky BBQ sauce
- 300g can cannelloni beans rinsed and drained
- 300g can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 300g can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 fresh red chilli deseeded
- 4 shallots diced
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 60g vegan bread crumbs
- 1tbs fresh coriander
- 2tbs Whirl butter alternative (vegan)
- 2tbs wholemeal flour
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 6 vegan brioche burger buns
- Burger garnish as desired
Place the Lion Sticky BBQ sauce, beans, chilli, shallots, breadcrumbs, coriander and a little salt and pepper in a food blender and pulse till mixed together but still chunky.
Shape into 6 burger pates and chill for 1h in the fridge.
Heat the whirl butter alternative in a heavy based frying pan over a medium heat cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side till piping hot.
Serve on a brioche burger bun with a garnish of your choice.
