Sticky BBQ Loaded Halloumi Nachos

- 1 bag tortilla chips (wheat)
- 100g Lion Sticky BBQ sauce
- 1 pack halloumi cheese cut into strips
- 4 tomatoes diced
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- 1 avocado diced
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
- 100g sour cream
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
In a baking tray arrange half the tortilla chips, then top with half of each of the other ingredients apart from the avocado. Repeat this with the grated cheese last to top.
Oven bake for 10 minutes. The nachos are ready when golden and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven, top with the diced avocado and serve with the sour cream.
