Roasted Sweet and Spicy Corn on the Cob

- 4tbs Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce
- 4tbs Vegan Whirl Butter Alternative
- 4 Corn on the Cobs
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Place each corn on a large piece of foil brush equal amounts of the Whirl butter alternative over each and drizzle over the Lion Lemon & Herb Piri Piri Sauce, wrap into parcels making sure they are air tight.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes turning each one after 10 minutes. Open the foil and bake for a further 5-10 minutes to brown.
