Asian Style Ribs

- 1 Rack of pork ribs
- 100ml Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce
Preheat the oven to 130°C
Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the under side of the ribs
Season both sides if the ribs and place meat side up in a large roasting pan
Cover tightly with foil and bake in the over for 3-4 hours until the meat falls off the bone
When the ribs are cooked, remove from the oven and discard the foil
Turn the oven up to 200°C
Take a fresh baking tray and place the hot ribs onto the tray
Baste generously with the Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce on both side
Place the ribs (meat side up) in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has gone sticky
Remove from the oven and serve immediately
