Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Rice Noodle Jars

- 2tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 4tbs Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce
- 1 can of drained jackfruit
- 2 vermicelli rice noodle nests
- 2 shredded spring onions
- 2 grated carrots
- 40g beansprouts
- 40g sliced pak choi
Heat the Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a frying pan over medium heat and add the drained jackfruit, stirring and breaking it into a pulled pork consistency.
Add half the Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce and continue to cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat allow to cool.
Put the remaining Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce in the bottom of 2 jars, followed by the cooled jackfruit mix.
To serve add about 200ml boiling water to fill the jar, give it a good shake let it rest for a few minutes before eating.
