Baked Camembert

- 250g Camembert
- Small Ciabatta loaf
- Watercress
- Purple radicchio leaves
- Lion Chunky Chilli Jam
- Lion Cider Honey & Mustard Dressing
- Olive Oil
Bake Camembert for around 20 minutes until gooey
While Camembert is baking, chop ciabatta into slices then grill them until golden brown and crisp. While they're still hot, drizzle them with good-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Bring Camembert out of the oven and add a generous amount of Lion Chunky Chilli Jam to the centre. Serve with prepared Crostini and side garnish. Drizzle Lion Cider, Honey & Mustard Dressing for extra taste.
