Lamb Jalfrezi

- 800g Lion Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce
- 1 tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 1 diced onion
- 600g diced lamb
- 2 x 200g microwave pilau rice cooked as per instructions
- chopped coriander to garnish
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4
Heat the Original Whirl Butter Alternative in a Dutch oven over medium heat sauté the onions for a few minutes before adding the lamb searing all sides
Add the Lion Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce bring to a simmer place the lid on and pop into the preheated oven
Cook for 90 minutes till the lamb is tender
Serve with some chopped coriander pilau rice and chapatti
