Bourbon BBQ Pork Ribs

- 200g Lion Bourbon BBQ Cooking Sauce
- 2 tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 1 rack of pork loin ribs, approx 1.5-2kg
- Sea salt and black pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 140°C/300°F/Gas Mark 3
Place the rack of ribs on a sheet of strong aluminium foil and season with a little sea salt and black pepper
Wrap the ribs in the foil so that the ribs can steam and place on a baking tray bake for 90 minutes or until the meat is tender it will start to fall off the bone
When opening the foil be careful as steam will release brush all sides with Lion Hickory BBQ Cooking Sauce
Increase the oven temperature to 200°C/440°F/ Gas Mark 5 place the rack of ribs back in the oven for a further 20 minutes to brown and crisp
