Loaded Chilli Dog

- 300g Lion Chilli Con Carne Cooking Sauce
- 2 Uncle Johns footlong hot dogs
- 150ml Lion Sour Cream & Chive Dressing
- Tin of red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 2 demi baguettes (wheat)
- 60g grated cheese (milk)
- 60g broken tortilla chips
- Chopped red and green chillies
Place the Uncle Johns hot dogs in water to warm them.
Warm the Lion Chilli Con Carne Sauce in a saucepan add the kidney beans over medium heat.
Place one of the Uncle Johns Hot Dogs in each baguette and spoon some of the hot Lion Chilli Con Carne Sauce over the top.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cheese, the broken tortilla chips and some chopped chilies.
Serve with some Lion Sour Cream & Chive Dressing.
