Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a large loaf tin with parchment paper.
Beat the Original Whirl and both sugars, add the eggs, 2tbs clementine juice and ½ the zest, whisk again until combined and add a little flour (if needed) to bind the mix together.
Now fold in the flour, cranberries and baking powder to form a smooth batter.
Put the mix into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes until golden and when a skewer is inserted it comes out clean.
Remove the loaf from the oven and pierce the top with a skewer in a few random places.
Mix the remaining clementine juice, zest and granulated sugar together and pour the mix over the top of the loaf. Leave to cool in the tin.
Why not decorate with some candied cranberries and dried orange slices.
