Garlic and Herb Dough Balls

Ingredients
- 150g Fresh Pizza Dough
- 6 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Whirl
- 6 tbsp. Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Method
Divide the fresh pizza dough into 8 pieces (25g each)
Shape the dough into a small disk (for Garlic and Herb Twists) or a small ball (for dough balls)
For the Garlic and Herb Twists – spread 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl onto the dough disk, leaving a small gap around the edge.
If desired, sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cheese on each dough disk
Take the two edges of the disk and fold into the middle so they meet
Roll the unfolded end upon itself in a neat, tight cigar style roll
Fold the two ends together so they now meet. You will have a crescent shaped twist
Pinch the ends together
Place 6 twists in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper and bake until cooked, risen and golden
For the Dough Balls place 6 dough balls in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper
Drizzle 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl over each dough ball
If desired sprinkle one table spoon of grated mozzarella cheese over each dough ball
Bake until the dough is risen and golden
