Ingredients
- 20ml Original Whirl
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 large potatoes peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs cod fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
- 100ml Fish Stock
- 200ml double cream
Products Used: Original Whirl

Method
Boil potatoes.
Sauté onions in Original Whirl until soft.
Add fish pieces and stock - season well.
Mash potato with paprika and more Original Whirl.
Add double cream and mash potato to fish and onion mixture.
Combine together and ensure is piping hot through.
