Roast Chicken Breast with Garlic & Herb Glaze

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dry the skin on the chicken breast and drizzle 1 tbsp. of the Garlic & Herb Whirl.
Place chicken in a small roasting tray.
Roast in a dry oven for 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear.
Use a pastry brush to glaze the cooked chicken with the remainder of the Whirl
Return the chicken to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with chips and choice of side.
