Ingredients
- 4tbs Whirl Butter Alternative Original
- 1 pack gnocchi cooked as per instructions and drained 9may contain wheat,eggs)
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2tsp chopped fresh sage leaves
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method
Heat a large skillet fry the prosciutto over medium to high heat a few minutes on both side until crisp. Set aside to cool and break into chunks.
Now heat the Whirl Butter Alternative, add the garlic and gnocchi and fry until golden and crisp on each side (about 6-8 minutes.)
Add the lemon zest, juice and sage to warm through and season with some sea salt and black pepper.
Serve with the crispy prosciutto and sage leaves.
