Rosemary and Thyme Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6tbs Whirl Butter Alternative Salted
- 1kg potatoes peeled and cut into 4
- 3tsp dried rosemary
- 3tsp dried thyme
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and heat the Whirl Butter Alternative in a baking tray.
Part boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, drain and then shake in the pan to break the edges slightly. Turn out into the heated baking tray, making sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
Sprinkle over the rosemary and thyme and season with sea salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden and crisp, turning from time to time as required to colour evenly.
They are ready when golden in colour - crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
