Crepe Suzette

Ingredients
- 75g Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative
- 1 large orange zest and juice (about 200-250ml)
- 4tsp caster sugar
- 3tbs orange liqueur
- 4 ready-made pancakes (vegan, GF)

Method
Place the sugar in a non-stick frying pan and heat gently until melted and turning golden in colour. Do not stir.
Remove from the heat and gently add the orange juice and zest, stirring well. Place back on the heat, add the Unsalted Whirl Butter Alternative and reduce slightly to thicken.
Now add the orange liqueur and warm through.
Place one cooked pancake in the frying pan at a time and heat through. Fold into quarters and place on a warm plate.
When all 4 are done, pour the remaining sauce over the top and serve.
