Ingredients
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 500g Sliced white mushrooms
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 50ml White Wine
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 100ml Whirl Cooking Cream Alternative
- 2 tbsp Garlic & Herb Whirl
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Chopped parsley
- Boiled white rice to serve

Method
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan
Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, paprika and wine and cook gently for 10 minutes
Stir in the tomato puree, Cooking cream and Garlic & Herb Whirl
Bring to the boil and reduce the heat and bring to a simmer
Add the parsley and allow to reduce to desired consistency
Serve with the boiled white rice
