Ingredients
- 4tbs Lion Thousand Island Dressing
- 200g Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 420g canned salmon, drained
- 100g panko breadcrumbs
- Sea salt and ground pepper

Method
Flake the drained salmon into a bowl mix in the Lion Thousand Island Dressing and season with a little sea salt and pepper to create a mixture that holds together.
Take a large spoonful of the mix and form into a short sausage shape then coat in the panko crumb.
Heat the Original Whirl Butter alternative over a medium heat and shallow fry the croquettes for about 4-5 minutes till golden and crisp.
Drain and serve with one of the other Lion sauces such as Lion Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce or Lion Garlic Mayo.
