Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

  2. Peel the parsnips and trim off both ends.

  3. Add the Original Whirl, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well to coat.

  4. Roast in the oven for 35 mins, turning occasionally until golden and tender.
