Lyonnaise Potatoes
- Course Types: Side Dish
- Serves: 6
- Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 6tbs Original Whirl
- 1kg parboiled potatoes sliced
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Products Used: Original Whirl

Method
Heat 2tbs of Original Whirl in a large skillet and sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes on a low to medium heat to soften.
Add another 2tbs Original Whirl and the sliced potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes on medium to high heat, stirring gently until they start to turn golden.
Season with salt and pepper, add the remaining Original Whirl, sauté for a further 10 minutes until golden and crisp - stirring occasionally.
Finish off with chopped parsley.
Top Tip: This is a great recipe for using up leftover boiled potatoes or skin on baby potatoes if they are fully cooked - they just don’t need to be fried quite as long as the parboiled ones.
