Ingredients
- 100g Flour
- 4 large Potatoes
- Spring Onion
- 6 tbsp Original Whirl
Products Used: Original Whirl

Method
Grate potatoes into a clean tea towel and squeeze to release moisture.
Chop Spring Onion.
Mix potatoes and onion into plain flour and create potato balls and flatten.
Heat Original Whirl and fry the rosti mixture for 3 minutes each side.
Place onto kitchen roll to drain excess oil.
