Ingredients

  • 4tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
  • 4 slices of stale sourdough bread cubed (GF)
  • 4tsp garlic granules
  • 3tsp dried parsley mixed
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Heat the Whirl Butter Alternative in a frying pan add the bread cubes. Toss well to coat all sides.

  2. Now add the garlic granules, parsley and sea salt and pepper to taste. Keep tossing until golden in colour and crisp.

  3. Remove from the heat and use on soups or in salads.
