Ingredients
- 2 tbs Original Whirl Butter Alternative
- 2 courgettes, chopped
- 12 new potatoes, cubed
- 200ml stock
- 1 clove garlic
- Bunch of fresh basil, chopped
- 200g brie, rind removed
- 250ml cream
- Sea salt & ground white pepper to taste

Method
Heat Original Whirl Butter Alternative over a medium heat add the potato and garlic sauté for about 5 minutes to give a little colour
Add the courgette and basil and cook for a further 3 minutes
Now add the stock and bring to a simmer
When the potato is soft enough add the brie and cream heat through
Season with some sea salt and white pepper to taste
Serve with your bread of choice
