Ingredients
- 60g Whirl Butter Alternative + extra for greasing
- 1 cauliflower head soft boiled
- 50g coconut flour
- 100g vegan cheese alternative
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease 12 muffin tins with Whirl Butter Alternative.
Mix Whirl Butter Alternative, cauliflower and coconut flour together, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Press the mixture into muffin tins, pushing the centre down to make a well. Bake for 20-25 mins until starting to brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven, add the vegan cheese alternative and then place back in the oven to bake for a further 5-10 minutes until the cheese had melted and they are golden and crisp.
